This 110 g set is geared more towards beginners to intermediate users where 2 of the 3 balls are interchanged. As you feel your muscles strengthen its easy to change to the higher weighted balls. Using  the II is a fantastic goal system to work up to higher weights. Stella II is perfectly manageable and a complete pleasure to use.
